Solange De Lahongrais is the President of the Medicaid and Medicare Advantage Products Association of Puerto Rico (MMAPA) and the President of MMM Multihealth since September 2024. She brings more than two decades of experience in Puerto Rico’s healthcare ecosystem and has held multiple leadership positions within MMM Holdings. 

She leads services for Plan Vital beneficiaries and positions MMM Multihealth among the island’s Medicaid leaders, serving over 280,000 members. Under her leadership, the company earned the highest score in the 2022 Plan Vital proposal, earning the responsibility for managing foster care and victims of domestic violence population—a responsibility she embraces with rigor.

De Lahongrais holds a Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law and serves on the Board of Directors of Fundación MMM
