Dr. Jenni Gudapati, PhD, MBA, RN, is a distinguished healthcare leader, innovator, and policy expert with over two decades of experience advancing patient-centered, equitable, and sustainable healthcare. Her expertise spans clinical practice in home health and rural nursing, health technology innovation, workforce development, population health management, risk-adjusted care, and policy design. As Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Vynyl Health, she spearheads the development of Profile, a patient-directed platform integrating cognition, frailty, and social risk assessments, enabling providers and payors to optimize risk stratification, streamline workflows, and enhance value-based care delivery. She is also the Value-Based Healthcare Program Director for Boise State University.
Dr. Gudapati is the architect of a nationally recognized master’s program in Population and Health Systems Management, designed in collaboration with over 80 healthcare leaders and industry experts. The program, developed in partnership with Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), earned two national awards for innovation and sustainability and prepares graduates to lead in value-based care, population health management, health system revenue-cycle reform, and healthcare system transformation. Building on this foundation, Dr. Gudapati also created two value-based healthcare certificate programs, including a partnership with Myriddian, to provide targeted, practical training, taught by the experts in the field, in risk-adjusted care, population health, and healthcare payment reform. She has served on a CMS Technical Expert Panel for health equity and quality standards, co-chaired Idaho’s Telehealth Task Force to modernize virtual care laws and contributed to federal policy as a member of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice Government Affairs Committee. Her PhD research produced a novel policy and program mapping framework that integrates stakeholder analysis and value-mapping early in the design process, improving program and policy adoption, implementation, success, and sustainability.
